Hydrotech Pony Pouch The original fabric pouch pony cylinder carrying system from hydrotech. Hydrotech have been great innovators in the diving world and this one of the best. The pouch is fastened to your primary cylinder by passing the BC clamping strap through a retaining strap on the side of the pouch. The pouch is then sabilised by an upper and lower webbing strap to prevent the pony cylinder from twisting. The cylinder is then sliding and out of the pouch easily and retained in the pouch by a simple toggle. A cheap and very effective solution to attaching pony cylinders.
