The purpose of the PADI Underwater Photographer Speciality course is to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organisation, techniques, problems, procedures, hazards and enjoyment of underwater still photography.The Underwater Photographer Speciality course is intended as a safe and supervised introduction to underwater still photography techniques used in the underwater environment.The goals of the PADI Underwater Photographer training are:* To develop practical knowledge photographic principles, composition, film types, strobe and available light photography and camera handling techniques.* To develop practical knowledge of the preparation, care and maintenance of photographic equipment.* To enable to take underwater photographs that are properly composed, focused and exposed.COURSE REQUIREMENTS * Minimum age: 12 years * Certification: PADI Open Water diver, Junior Open Water or an equivalent rating.* Be in good health with no medical conditions incompatible with diving and confident in the water.Call The Dive School on 01455 272768 for more information or to book your place.
