	Staff Instructor The IDC Staff Instructor course is designed to further enhance your Instructional abilities, by improving your evaluation skills. Staff Instructors are able to teach the Assistant Instructor course independently. The Staff Instructor can also act as an Instructional Assistant to a Course Director during the OWSI course. COURSE OVERVIEW The course can be run as an Intensive course over a 4 day period or 2 days of pre-assessment followed by 10 days Staffing a complete Instructor Development course. During either option you must achieve a score of 80% in the Instructor theory exams and complete a skills circuit scoring 4 points per skill. You will also be given evaluation training by the Course Director, enabling you to fairly assess a candidate's skills performance.
